LWF Announces Member Incentives – Join or renew to win!

Now there’s one more reason to be a LWF member - a chance to win one or more of a suite of prizes that includes guided hunts and fishing trips, a weekend of birding on Grand Isle and framed wildlife art.  Prizes may be added to the list and will be posted on the LWF website.  New members who join and current members who renew their membership at the $35 or greater level between August 1, 2010 and July 31, 2011 are eligible for the drawings*.  Membership contributions must be received no later than midnight, July 31, 2011 to be eligible.  The lucky winners will be drawn on August 15, 2011.  Winners will be able to choose their prize/s in the order the winners are drawn and may be able to win multiple prizes if they are drawn more than once.

Life Contributing Members shall receive two (2) entries per each year the drawing is held.

This promotion is in conformance with all pertinent Louisiana Dept. of Revenue and USPS regulations; VOID where otherwise prohibited.  Participants must be 18 years or older, and a legal resident of the 50 U.S. States.  Employees and officers of the Louisiana Wildlife Federation (LWF) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible. LWF reserves the right to verify winner eligibility, and winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, or an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are not  transferable to others and no cash redemption will be permitted. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by LWF due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Taxes on prizes and all expenses including but not limited to the cost of ammunition or equipment, hunting/fishing licenses or stamps, travel, and any other expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions and to release, discharge, and hold harmless, LWF, it's officers, directors, and staff, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the winner, or any of the property belonging to the winner, whether caused by the negligence of LWF, or otherwise arising from participation in the contest or receipt, use, or misuse of the contest prize.
